What cookies are
Cookies are small text files a website stores in your browser to remember information during a visit or between visits. Similar technologies include the browser's "local storage" and identifiers that third-party services can read when their content is loaded in a page.

Third-party cookies: the Google map
The Home and Contact pages include a Google Maps map. It stays blocked until you press "Show the map": before that, your browser does not contact Google. Pressing the button gives your consent to load it; from then on Google, as an independent controller, receives your IP address and may set or read its own cookies, for example:

The exact list depends on Google and on your account: up-to-date information is on How Google uses cookies and in the Google privacy policy. The "Open in Google Maps" and Google reviews links only open Google's site if you click them.
How to give, refuse and withdraw consent
The site shows no cookie banner because it uses no cookies that need consent when a page loads. The only consent is for the map: you give it by pressing "Show the map" and refuse it by simply not pressing it, with no effect on browsing (you can always use the "Open in Google Maps" link or the written address).
You can withdraw your consent at any time with this button: the map will be blocked again and you will be asked again. Cookies already set by Google can be deleted in your browser settings.
